Shipping Policy

We ship to most addresses across Canada and the USA. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery. Delivery timelines are estimated based on product availability and the selected shipping method.

Free Shipping Offer (Canada):
We offer free shipping across Canada, excluding remote and northern locations.

  • Orders from remote/northern areas may be:

    • Cancelled automatically, or

    • Shipped with an additional $15 surcharge (upon customer confirmation)

Return Policy for Retail customer , Not applied for B to B customer 

Due to the nature of the product, perfumes are classified as hazardous goods and are non-returnable.

However, if a customer still wishes to return a product, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment (pay by customer)

  • The customer must bear the full return shipping cost

  • The shipment must comply with all regulations for shipping perfumes (hazardous goods)

  • The customer must ensure proper packaging as per courier guidelines
